Eigenschaften

Integrin Ξ±-X bindet an Integrin Ξ²-2 (synonym CD18) und bildet somit Heterodimere. Gemeinsam bilden sie einen Rezeptor fΓΌr Fibrinogen durch Bindung an dessen Sequenz GPR. Weiterhin ist es bei Zellkontakten wΓ€hrend einer EntzΓΌndung beteiligt. Integrin Ξ±-X wird in Monozyten, Granulozyten und dendritischen Zellencite-ref-1[1] gebildet und dient dort der Chemotaxis und ZelladhΓ€sion. Es ist glykosyliert.
